Payment

Our payment method is credit or debit card via our website which use an Eventbrite ticket system.

By exception, payment may be made via invoice providing our bank account is credited within 21 days of the first date of the course.

Once you’ve received your registration email from Eventbrite and made payment, you are confirmed as attending for the full duration of your selected course.

Substitutions, transfers and cancellations

Where you are booking on a multi-day course, you must be able to attend all the dates set for that specific course. We are unable to accommodate changes to other dates outside of that booked course.

We do, however, recognise that circumstances can change and offer a number of options:

Substitutes

If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute for the entire course. Let us know by email and including the full name, job title and email address of the new participant. We require two working days’ notice of this change. The substitution must be for the entire course. We reserve the right to refuse your request, in which case, the standard cancellation or transfer terms will apply.

Transfers

You can transfer to the same course with a different start date providing the start date is no further than three months from the first day of the original course and is available for sale on our website. You may only transfer once. Once you have started a course, you may not transfer to another cohort at a later date for any reason.

There is a charge for transfers – between 21 and 28 days before the first day of the course the charge is 50% of the original price. For transfers with less than 21 days notice, 75% will be charged. If you are unable to attend any dates of a multi-day course, you will need to transfer to a new course, when you are free for its entirety. This transfer would be in accordance with the above terms. We are unable to transfer individual days within a multi-day course.

To arrange a transfer, email us with details of the course you would like to move to.

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking 28 days or more before the start date of the course, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be made against the original payment method and within 28 days of request.

Cancelling closer to the course means we may be unable to re-fill the space. Therefore we are only able to refund 50% of the original fee when cancelling between 21 and 28 days before a course. Cancellations 21 days or less before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

If we are unable to fulfil a transfer request, we will treat the change as a cancellation.

Occasionally it may be necessary for us to alter the venue, location, timetable or tutor of an event. If this occurs, we will let you know as soon as we are able to, including all options available to you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any other costs you may have incurred.

Late arrival, and disruptive, abusive or discriminatory behaviour

We reserve the right to prohibit entry to the course if you arrive 30 minutes or more after the published start time. Unless in exceptional circumstances, you will not be eligible for a refund. In additional, we reserve the right to remove you from a course, at any time and without refund, if we consider your behaviour to be disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory.
