Payment

Our preferred method of payment is credit or debit card via the Eventbrite ticket system.

We also accept payment by bank transfer (BACS) – please email us for further details.

For certain courses, and by exception, we allow payment via invoice providing that we receive a purchase order number at the time of booking and full payment is credited to our bank account within 21 days of the start date of the event. Please email us if you need to discuss payment.

If you are a voucher holder, please visit our website for information on how to redeem it. NB the vouchers expire end of July 2022.

We try to be flexible where we can but once you’ve received your registration confirmation, we assume that you will attend. However, we recognise that your circumstances may change and, in these instances, we can offer the following:

Substitution, transfers and cancellations prior to the event

If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute in your place. Please let us know by email, including the full name, job details and contact details (i.e. email address), of the new participant. We require two working days’ notice of this change. It must be for the entire course and we reserve the right to refuse your request (in which case, the standard cancellation and transfer terms will apply).

You can transfer onto another course, providing it is the same course (with a different date) and the start date of that course is within three months of the course you were originally booked on. You are only able to transfer once and it must be to an event we have already scheduled.

Transfers up to 28 days or more before the start date of the original event are free of charge, transfers between 21 and 28 days before the event are charged at 50% of the original fee, and transfers 21 days and less before the event are charged at 75% of the original fee.

To arrange a transfer, please email us and let us know which event you would like to be moved to.

If we are unable to transfer you to another suitable event, we will treat the change as a cancellation.

If you cancel your booking 28 days or more before the start date of the event, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be made against the original payment method and within 28 days of request.

Cancelling closer to the event means we may be unable to re-fill the space. Therefore we are only able to refund 50% of the original fee when cancelling between 21 and 28 days before an event. Cancellations 21 days or less before the start date of an event are not eligible for a refund.

On occasion, it may be necessary for RADA Business to alter the venue, timetable or tutor of an event. If this occurs, we will let you know as soon as we are able to, including the options available to you. In these circumstances we are unable to accept liability for any other costs.
