Lisa is an international voice, and presentation skills trainer, with over 25 years of experience in coaching professionals and leaders across the world to become memorable communicators. Her expertise spans enhancing personal brand, increasing confidence, and boosting impact in a range of scenarios including meetings, interviews, conferences, in the media, on executive panels and TED talks.

Lisa has extensive experience in both the public, private, luxury and sport sectors. Her clients include: the UK Government; Metropolitan Police, NHS England, EY, HSBC, Barclays, Deloitte, J P Morgan, Cisco, CVC Capital, Coca-Cola European Partners, Amazon, CooperVison, Microsoft, Shell, GSK, Visa, Caterpillar, Amgen, Bloomberg TV, League Managers Association, Jockey Education and Training Scheme, Cartier, Harry Winston Watches and Space NK.

Lisa is passionate about empowering underrepresented groups to move up the career ladder and affect diverse change at Executive, Board and CEO levels. She co-designed and delivers the RADA Business programme Executive Presence for Women, and has shared her expertise in boosting presence, credibility and confidence on BBC Radio 4’s Women’s Hour programme. She also designed and currently runs a DEI programme for one of the top global banks, focused on leadership development for global majority employees.

Lisa achieved an ICFF (ACC) Executive Coach qualification from Henley Business School and is also a Master Practitioner of NLP and a qualified Lumina Spark Psychometrician. She attained her Postgraduate Diploma in Voice Studies from Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, and has worked at LAMDA training actors to use their voices for stage, film, and television. She has a BA (Hons) in English Literature.
