Sarah is an experienced facilitator and theatre practitioner whose work with RADA Business supports professionals to improve their personal impact, influence, and presence. Drawing on over 30 years of performance and facilitation experience, she helps individuals and groups communicate with greater confidence, authenticity and clarity in professional settings.

Since 2014, Sarah has been a regular facilitator on the National Theatre’s Theatreworks Programme, delivering training in Personal Impact and Influence & Rapport for participants from the Civil Service, technology organisations, businesses and charities. She brings a strong understanding of how voice, body and intention affect communication, and creates focused, practical learning environments that support sustained behaviour change.

Sarah trained with Jacques Lecoq in Paris and at Exeter University Drama Department. Her wider career includes performance work with the National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company, Trestle, Foursight, Kaos, on television and with BBC Radio Drama and Comedy, being a recipient of their Norman Beaton Fellowship. She has taught on BA and MA programmes at LIPA, Middlesex University, Drama Studio and Staffordshire University and is a published co-author with Cambridge University Press. Sarah continues to develop creative work alongside her facilitation practice.
