From competitors to collaborators: building a high-performing team from scratch, again

A group of 18 international professionals—previously competitors with different systems, priorities, and reporting lines—needed to rapidly become a high-performing team capable of launching a ground-breaking insurance service.
While this initiative was of huge strategic importance there were no formal incentives for collaboration; success depended entirely on forging trust, strengthening relationships, shared purpose, and collective commitment to each other and the vision—fast.

We accelerated the formation of team ethos and behaviours, enabling the group to operate with alignment, impact, and pace from the outset. Insights were developed into a detailed report for the Senior Leadership Team to inform future organisational structures and cross-functional support.

A transformative Verbatim Theatre experience for senior leaders

At a time of organisational change, the leadership team sought a powerful, engaging experience to enhance employee sentiment and energise their annual summit.
Our Approach
We researched, wrote, rehearsed, and delivered a Verbatim Theatre performance that brought authentic employee voices to life. The workshop highlighted real experiences of inclusion, transparency, and culture, prompting leaders to reflect deeply on how change was being felt across the organisation.
Following the performance, we facilitated an open exploration of the issues raised, enabling leaders to confront assumptions and engage with the challenges from new perspectives.
