Full-time

£23,000 per annum

RADA Business helps people at work become brilliant communicators. We build on the work of one of the world’s most respected drama schools to deliver world-class training programmes and coaching for organisations and individuals.

We are adding to our team, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Programme Delivery team during a period of growth. You will be responsible for project managing individual events and courses and maximising client experience by focussing on quality.

You will have administrative experience in a small-medium sized organisation and have a passion for service quality. This role requires you to have excellent organisational and administrative skills, and be able to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Experience in event management and/or working in a consultancy would be an advantage although not essential.

We especially welcome applications from people who identify as black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds and those that identify as disabled as these groups are under-represented at all levels in the RADA Business staffing body.
