The role

We are recruiting a Head of Client Operations for RADA Business. This position involves leading an established operations team and will help RADA Business develop our approach to managing the systems and processes that support the effective delivery of client events.

The candidate

Successful candidates will have a natural aptitude for managing and developing people, building cohesive teams and developing effective systems and processes.

We are looking for people with experience in operations management. You will have strong organisation skills, experience of change and project management and very effective communication skills.
