Head of Growth Marketing


Full time, permanent

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 p.a.

We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Growth Marketing to lead a full transformation of the marketing ecosystem and unlock significant growth potential.

This is a rare opportunity to take a globally recognised brand and rebuild its entire marketing engine - from positioning and digital presence to data, CRM and full-funnel performance. You’ll have the backing of an ambitious leadership team behind you and a category-defining product loved by clients.

What you will deliver:

  • A unified, elevated brand and value proposition
  • A modernised website and high-performing content ecosystem
  • A CRM and insight capability that powers commercial decisions
  • A full-funnel, performance-led growth engine
  • Marketing’s direct contribution to ~15–20% YoY revenue growth

What you will bring:

  • Proven growth marketing leadership in a B2B (or B2P) commercial services business
  • Experience scaling revenue from c.£7m–£15m
  • Expertise in brand positioning, full-funnel management, CRM and data
  • A growth mindset, strong collaboration style and evidence-based approach
