Head of Client Operations
Full time
Salary: £60,000- £70,000 p.a.
The Head of Client Operations leads and manages the team delivering efficient, high-quality client services for RADA Business. In addition to the engagement, motivation and performance management of the team, key responsibilities include optimising operational processes, systems, and use of RADA’s facilities, and supporting the wider commercial objectives of the organisation.
The scope of RADA Business’s work includes a retail offering of leadership and performance training programmes, bespoke client programmes and coaching.
The role requires experience in people management and a passion for team leadership, systems and processed. The successful candidate must be well organised, flexible and able to take initiative to develop the role as the organisations evolves, always ensuring that clients have a positive experience. Professional communication skills are also important.
This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced team, collaboration and cross-organisation working underpins everything we do.
This is position is suitable for someone with experience in operations management including the implementation of client programmes and events in professional services or similar commercial organisations.
A background in theatre is not essential although it is important that candidates are excited and passionate about taking the skills and creativity from the world of performing arts into other organisations.
